Where We Ship
Bobo Wellness currently ships to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon β sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24β48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
We offer a single standard shipping option, with an estimated delivery time of 5β8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Bobo Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's site. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@bobowellness.com or +1 (787) 606-7254.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building reception.
- Wait 24 hours β packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early.
- Contact us at support@bobowellness.com or +1 (787) 606-7254 if the issue persists.
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, reship or refund your order. Please reach out to us before disputing the charge with your bank β we're happy to resolve it directly.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bobo Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@bobowellness.com β if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it.
