Our Guarantee

All Bobo Wellness products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or exchange — no lengthy explanations required.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused or lightly tested (1–2 uses is acceptable — we understand you need to try it)
  • Products that have been used beyond light testing, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@bobowellness.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
  3. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the return, at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@bobowellness.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return necessary.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no penalty. If a shipment has already processed, it falls under our standard 30-day return policy.
